Created in 1988 by Harry Teneketzian in Saint-Tropez, Barbarac (“ice cream” in Armenian) specialises in the production and sale of traditional ice cream.
Barbarac allows you to discover all the authenticity of the Tropezian ice cream.
The desserts are made during the night to be enjoyed a few hours later…
This gives these products a fresh and authentic taste.
Bookings for the 2025 season will open on December 3rd.
